CNN —A suspect has been indicted in relation to the deaths of two Australian brothers and an American, who died during a surfing trip in Mexico, according to Baja California’s Prosecutor’s Office. The suspect was indicted on a charge of forced disappearance in the case involving the three tourists, whose bodies were found last week dumped in a 50-foot well with gunshot wounds to the head. While Baja California has been plagued by drug cartel violence in recent years, it rarely occurs in tourist areas like Ensenada. Dozens of people held a protest last week in Ensenada calling on authorities to do more to tackle violence facing tourists and locals alike. While parts of Mexico are established tourist destinations, violent crime including kidnapping and human trafficking plague parts of the country, particularly in border areas.

Shares of Robinhood rose in extended trading Wednesday afternoon after the retail brokerage announced stronger-than-expected first-quarter results. Robinhood reported net income of $157 million, or 18 cents per share, for the first quarter. Cryptocurrency transactions accounted for $126 million in revenue in the quarter, the company said. Robinhood said that its number of funded customers rose by 810,000 year over year to 23.9 million. Shares of Robinhood were up nearly 40% year to date before Wednesday's earnings announcement.

JPMorgan said this regional bank is so appealing that it would have attracted attention from the late Charlie Munger. "When we think of the late, great Charlie Munger and his mantra to 'buy wonderful businesses at fair prices,' the bank that fits this bill in our view is Cullen Frost," the firm's bank analyst Steven Alexopoulos said in a note. However, JPMorgan said the bank's "strong organic growth story" remained fully intact. JPMorgan said investors are now able to buy the shares at 13.1 times forward earnings, compared to a 16X historical average. The bank maintained its overweight rating and has a 12-month price target of $140 per share, which would translate into 32% upside from Tuesday's close of $105.62.
